1. Why should I register?
When you register. You gain full access to Buyittime.com! To place ads at Buyitime.com you will need an account. Registration is simple and should take under 1 minute!

2. How do I register?
Registration is quick and simple. To register, simply click "Register" on the top navigation bar, or Click Here. Registration is very important and will not take more then a minute.

3. Now that I've registered, What can I do?
Once you have registered you are instantly able to Place classified ads, Participate in our message boards, receive promotions, and more.

4. How do I post an ad?
At Buyittime.com it is very simple to place an ad. Follow these instructions to get started.

Instructions

1. Click "Sell Items" on the top navigation bar.
2. Choose the category that best suites your classified ad and click "Place (category_here) Ad".
3. Fill out all required fields in the post classified ad form. Please fill out fields you think should apply to your ad as well. When finished, click "Next Step, Preview My Ad".
4. You should now see a Preview of Your Ad page. Go through this page and make sure everything is correct. Go over your shopping cart, if you chose to add any extras to your classified ad. If everything looks ok, click "I Agree, Post My Ad".
5. Congratulations, You have successfully posted your ad. If any fees apply to this ad, please remit payment now by clicking the PayPal payment link or by clicking the PayPal link located in the invoice sent to your e-mail inbox.

5. How do I edit an ad?
To edit an ad simply follow these instructions.

Instructions

1. Click "My Account" located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click "Edit My Ads".
3. Choose the ad you would like to modify from a list of all ads posted by you and click "Edit"
4. You will find a page that looks like your ad with a modifictation form below. Please make your desired changes here and click "Submit Modifications".

6. How do I upgrade an ad?
To upgrade an ad, Please contact us at info@buyittime.com

7. How do I delete an ad?
To delete an ad simply follow these instructions.

Instructions

1. Click "My Account" located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click "Delete an ad".
3. Choose the ad you would like to delete from a list of all ads posted by you and click "Delete"
4. You will find a page that looks like your ad with a delete button below. Click the delete button. Warning: Ads that are removed from our service cannot be retrieved.

7. How do I renew an ad?
To renew an ad simply follow these instructions.

Instructions

1. Click "My Account" located on the top navigation bar.
2. Click "Modify/Renew an ad".
3. Choose the ad you would like to renew from a list of all ads posted by you and click "modify/renew"
4. You will find a page that looks like your ad with a modification form below. Find the checkbox that says "Renew this ad for x amount of days" Click That checkbox.
5. Click the "Submit modification form" button.

9. What is my Watch List?
Your Watch List is a handy tool to have if you find an ad that you would like to read more into later, or would like to keep an eye on it. The way it works is, On every ad you will find a link that says "Add this ad to my Watch list. If you click that link, that ad will instantly be added to your accounts watch list. So next time you won't have to go looking for that ad. It will be already listed within your account.

10. What is AutoNotify and how do I use it?
AutoNotify is a feature that is used for when you cannot find something you are looking for and if you are busy you may not have time to check what's new every day. If you create an AutoNotify agent, ads that you are looking for will be sent directly to your e-mail inbox as soon as they become available. AutoNotify can also be a good way to beat the other potential buyers to an ad.

11. What are my points for?
Buyittime.com points are accumulated every time you place an ad with us. Points can be used to claim cool prizes like t-shirts, donated items and more. This feature is not active yet. Please continue to collect points for when it is ready.

12. How do I reply to an ad?
It is very simple to reply to an ad but there are some things you should read over before using this feature. First off, to reply to an ad you would click the "Reply to this ad" link located on the left hand side of each ad. From there you will find a form asking for Name, E-mail, Comments, and it will give you the option of making it a privacy reply or not. Privacy Replies are sent directly to the user's e-mail inbox where the user will see your e-mail address and contact information to respond to you. If you leave the privacy reply box blank, Your questions/comments will be posted to the ads discussion box so everyone can see them.

13. How do I respond to a reply that I have received?
To respond to a privacy reply, simply e-mail the user. To reply to a discussion/public reply simply reply to your own ad and your comments will be posted to your ads discussion box.

14. How do I join the mail list?
You may join our mail list to receive special updates, promotions, what's new catalogs and more. The mail list is currently free and we are always accepting new members. To join please send us an e-mail at info@buyittime.com

15. How can I be removed from the mail list?
To be removed from the mail list or notify us of an e-mail change, please send us an e-mail to info@buyittime.com.

16. How can I make a payment?
If you have missed payment or not received an invoice but you know how much you owe. Please go to the following address to make a payment. http://www.sellitbuyit.ca/paypal.html If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@buyittime.com

17. How can I find out what area I live in?
Areas are divided into counties of Ontario. If you are unsure which county you are located within, please use our "Find Your Area" tool. This tool is located at the top right hand side of the page. Right below our "Choose Your Area" selection box. If you have no luck with the "Find Your Area" tool you can try our County map tool located beside that link.
